SB Master Chart Guide

The charts on this website are posted for my own charts.  This chart has a built in alert each time a stock is overbought or oversold.  If you would like to use this setup yourself, I have a free 14 day trial available.  Simply contact me here and I can get you setup with a trial.  If you like what you see, you can subscribe to my Patreon.

I have set out to design a chart with a minimalist appearance, yet able to provide a maximalist with all the data they need to make informed trading decisions. The chart utilizes the alert() function so you can be alerted on any timeframe for overbought and oversold conditions. These alerts are to be used as a guide and should not be the be all end all in your investment decisions. Different timeframes represent different opportunities for day traders, swing traders and value investors.

This chart has upwards of ten indicators.

  • MACD

The chart utilizes a combination of 5 indicators to determine overbought and oversold levels.

The green dot indicates a possible oversold reversal.
The red dot indicates a possible overbought reversal.
The yellow dots gives a visual warning that oversold/overbought conditions are about to reverse.

It also utilizes a combination of 5 indicators to determine uptrend/downtrend.
The green up arrow indicates an uptrend

The bar colors are determined by the three moving averages the chart tracks, MA5, MA20, and MA50.
If the bars are green, a clear uptrend is happening, red represents downtrend.
Yellow bars indicate MA5 is in an uptrend and Orange indicates that MA5 is in a downtrend.
The VWAP lines color is the same as the current bars color.

The black horizontal lines are the current bars upper and lower Bollinger Band .

The green horizontal line is the days current high if chart is intraday or weeks high if chart is a daily chart .
The red horizontal line is the days current low if chart is intraday or weeks low if chart is a daily chart.

The green x on the bottom of the chart signals a MACD crossover
The red x on the bottom of the chart signals a MACD crossunder

The areas with green backgrounds signal that spy oversold conditions overlap with the security being oversold.
